Description

The Model 1501 single-element detector is available in two configurations: 1501 VM (voltage mode) and 1501 CM (current mode).  Both devices come standard in a hermetically sealed TO-5 package.  Elements are photo-lithographically defined onto specially processed lithium tantalate crystals and range in size from 0.5mm to 2.0mm square. Detectors windows are AR coated for enhanced transmissivity with selections available in the 2 to 15 micron range.
